Exercising leadership means effecting change: if a leader does things that do not change anything, he or she is not leading. In our view leadership means looking at the organisation, or parts of it, as a system, at its people and everything else and how these mutually influence each other. Thus for effective change you have to reach the organisation’s system. While this is not impossible without technology, consistent use of approriate technology, makes it a lot easier.
We established the company in August 2009. It is our ambition to become a financially healthy, well-known company in three years time, working on a global scale. We will have highly satisfied customers. Every six months we will have a new release of the Change Toolkit. Goodmeasure will be a company that is fun to work for.
